I am available to act for employees on employment issues (subject to any conflicts). I have regularly acted for senior employees on various complex matters including:

• Employee bonus schemes and underpayments by employers.

• Resisting the disestablishment of a General Manager’s role on the purported ground of redundancy.

• Bringing a complaint on behalf of a senior employee under the Protected Disclosures Act to ensure she was adequately protected from any retributive conduct.

• Acting for the former CEO of a New Zealand bank on alleged misrepresentations made by his former employer.

• Acting for a group of employees on pay equity and discrimination matters.
